Where the yacht goes
Every charter departs One°15 Marina at Sentosa Cove. From there, the two most popular corporate routes are:

St John’s and Lazarus are state islands managed by the Singapore Land Authority. There are no shops on most of them, so the yacht is your base for food, shade and drinks. The captain confirms the final route up to 3 days before your date, based on weather and sea conditions.
Food and drinks for corporate groups
Dining is booked with the charter, so you choose the level that fits the occasion.
- For a relaxed team day, the Surf & Turf BBQ is S$660 for 20 guests, S$990 for 30 and S$1,320 for 40.
- For clients and senior guests, a private chef on board serves canapés, caviar, lobster, king crab and wagyu, with three tiers from S$2,600, S$3,000 and S$3,800.
- Free-flow oysters are S$2,300.
- A free-flow bar is S$100 per guest.
Halal options are available for all meat items, which makes planning easier for mixed teams. External food and drinks may incur a surcharge, so tell us early if you plan to bring your own cake or wine.
How pricing works for groups
Charter rates are for the whole yacht, not per person, and they step up with group size. Weekday means Monday to Thursday.
- Up to 15 guests: S$3,500 weekday, S$4,000 weekend or public holiday.
- 16 to 20 guests: S$4,000 weekday, S$4,500 weekend.
- 21 to 25 guests: S$4,500 weekday, S$5,000 weekend.
- 26 to 30 guests: S$5,000 weekday, S$5,500 weekend.
- 31 to 35 guests: S$5,500 weekday, S$6,000 weekend.
- 35 to 40 guests: S$6,000 weekday, S$6,500 weekend.
Extra hours are S$1,000 on weekdays and S$1,300 on weekends. Charters that end at midnight or later carry a S$500 surcharge. Prices exclude public holidays and their eves, and are subject to GST, which is 9% under current IRAS rules. What it costs per head
Most yacht lists quote the charter price and stop there. Per head is more useful. Take 40 guests on a weekday. The charter is S$6,000, or S$150 a head. Add the S$1,320 BBQ and the free-flow bar, and you land around S$283 a head before GST. For 30 guests on a weekday, the charter alone works out to about S$167 a head.
That puts a full group close to a good hotel function, with a private venue, a crew and a swim stop included. Smaller groups pay more per head, so the yacht makes most sense from about 25 guests up, or for a small, high-value client group where the cost per head matters less than the impression.
What to check before you book any corporate charter
A few questions sort out which boats suit a company group.
- Is it licensed for commercial use? The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore gives commercial pleasure craft an SZH prefix, and private craft an SZ prefix. Ask to see it.
- Who is driving? Seawind runs with an MPA-licensed captain and uniformed crew, so your team never handles the boat.
- Is the headcount real? Ask for the licensed guest capacity, not a marketing number. Seawind takes up to 40 guests.

Plan around Singapore weather
The Meteorological Service Singapore describes two monsoon seasons: Northeast from December to early March, and Southwest from June to September. The inter-monsoon months of April, May, October and November bring afternoon and early evening thunderstorms. Many of these showers are short, but they still shape the schedule.
Keep speeches and the main meal flexible so they can move into the saloon, and hold the swim stop for the clearest window. If the forecast turns, the captain adjusts the route.
